Adverse Event Reporting

Reporting suspected adverse reactions is important and allows continued monitoring of the benefit/risk balance of medicinal products. Adverse events should be reported via the following routes: In Ireland (Anapen, Wakix) by contacting the HPRA In the UK (Wakix): Reporting forms and information can be found at www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard or via the Yellow Card app available for iOS and Android. Adverse events should also be reported to Lincoln Medical Ltd via email
